**To the Customer: Besides our competitive pricing, you'll notice that Redwood Imaging, Inc. offers FREE UPS ground shipping in the contiguous United States on ALL Internet orders over $100, including the FREE BLACK ink offered on several of the solid wax printers. However, with that being said, Redwood Imaging, Inc. has the right to refuse order(s) for any reason and/or inform the customer of a minimal shipping cost that may need to be applied in the event a customer repeatedly continues to re-order for example the "FREE BLACK" only, where Redwood Imaging, Inc. continually sustains a loss.
